8 - 10 boneless pork chops 1 box Pork stove top stuffing
1 can mushroom soup 1 chopped onion
1 c. mushrooms 1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 can of water from mushroom soup can

Directions:
Directions:
Put pork chops in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Mix soup, stuffing, chopped onions, mushrooms, butter and water. Mix well and spoon over the pork chops. Cover with tin foil. Bake in a 350º oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on the thickness of the pork chop.

Simple meal and delicious. One of Ken's favorites. You can also put the pork chops in the pan and just add stuffing mix, mixed the way it says on the box. Bake as above.
