1 can cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 c. water
4 oz. package Velveeta cheese 2 c. frozen broccoli florets
12 manicotti pasta shells 1 lb. boneless chicken (1 1/2 in. strips)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix soup, water, and Velveeta and microwave for 3 minutes until Velveeta melts. Pour 1/3 of soup mixture into bottom of 9x13 pan. Add broccoli to the rest of the soup mix. Stuff pasta with uncooked chicken strips and place in pan. Cover with rest of mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook for 45-50 minutes.
