2 sticks margarine, soft
3 T. prepared mustard
3 T. poppy seeds
1 t. worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion
1/2 lb. ham, shredded
Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix fruit five ingredients and spread on buns. Next put ham and cheese. Wrap in foil. Bake 10 min. at 400º. (I use sesame seed buns.)
