Natasha's Ingredients:
1 buttermilk ranch packet Juice of 1 lime
1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. milk
1/2 bunch cilantro 2 tomatillos

Rachelle's Ingredients:
3 tamatillos peeled and cut in fourths juice of 1/2 a lime
1/2 c. buttermilk 1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. sour cream 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
1 c. fresh cilantro chopped 6 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed 3 tsp. sugar
1 jalapeņo, sliced thin, add to taste

Emily's Ingredients:
1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. milk or buttermilk
1 lime, juiced (2 tbsp.) 1 pkg. of Hidden Valley Ranch
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped 1/2 c. roughly chopped cilantro
1/4 cup green salsa Hot sauce, to taste

Blend ingredients together till smooth. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving to allow dressing to thicken and flavors to meld.

Natasha: This ranch is great on the Cafe Rio pork tacos, or even on a regular salad!
Rachelle: Okay, I'll admit I haven't made this yet. But I ate at Cafe Rio last time I was in Utah and liked it and my Relief Society served it once, so I'm excited to have this in the recipe book so I can find it easily and make it.
Emily: Use this dressing for the Baked Creamy Chicken Taquitos.
