Ingredients:  
2 tsp capers drained and rinsed
4 Tbsp butter
1 small clove of garlic finely minced
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp minced parsley for color if desired

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop large capers.
2. Melt butter and add garlic, lemon juice, zest and capers.
3. Simmer about 30 seconds
4. Stir in parsley and remove from heat.
Do not brown.
