6 large Vidalia Onions
1 Stick of Butter
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 package of Ritz Crackers Crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven at 350. Slice Vidalia onions in rings. Saute sliced onions in butter. Do NOT over cook, just want to lightly saute.

Ritz crackers. I like to place in freezer size ziplock then take rolling pin and crush the crackers.

In a baking dish, place 1/2 the sautéed onions in bottom of dish. sprinkle with 1/2 the Parmesan cheese. Next pour 1/2 of the crackers on top. Repeat layers.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
