Spinach Tortillas - the larger ones
Chicken Breast Meat - 1 or 2 packages such as Louis
Rich' Chicken Breast Strips
1 - 3 T. Caesar Salad Dressing - (can be low fat)
1 - 3 T. Parmesan Cheese - grated
1 C. or more Romaine Lettuce (tear into bite size pieces)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except tortillas
Warm tortillas on a dry griddle turning once or twice
Fill tortillas with salad mixture, wrap and serve.
