1 lb Lasagna Noodles (12 noodles)
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 lb whole hog sausage
1/2 onion (minced)
1 tsp season salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper or more to taste
1 tsp oregano
1 -15 oz can tomato sauce
1 - 6 oz can tomato paste
1 Tbls Brown sugar
1 lb cottage cheese
1/2 lb each swiss, muenster, and mild cheddar cheese sliced

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a 9x13 baking pan.
Cook noodles in boiling salted water, leave in water.
Brown ground beef and sausage with onion, salt, pepper, garlic, and oregano. Drain off fat. Add tomato sauce, and tomato paste, along with brown sugar to meat and cook until heated through. Using a greased 13x9 baking pan, layer the ingredients in this order: 1/2 noodles, 1/2 meat, 1/2 cottage cheese, and 1/2 of each type of cheese slices. Then repeat.

Slide it in to a 350 degree oven and bake until cheese melts and light brown on top.
