3 c. zucchini, shredded
1 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. onion, finely grated
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 T. parsley
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. seasoned salt
1/2 t. marjoram or oregano
1 clove garlic, mashed
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:

Mix all ingredients lightly. Pour into 9" x 13" pan. Bake to golden brown at 350º for 25 minutes.
