1 1/2 teaspoon plus 2 tablespoons butter
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk
Pinch of salt
7 ounce jar of marshmallow creme
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
3 4-ounce packages German sweet chocolate
2 cups chopped walnuts, optional

Directions:

Line 10x15" baking pan with foil. Grease foil with 1 1/2 teaspoons butter and set aside. In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, milk, salt and remaining butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Bring to rapid boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallow creme until melted. Stir in chips and German sweet chocolate until melted. Add walnuts if desired. Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate overnight or until firm. Remove fudge from pan, peel off foil and cut into 1" squares.
