1 1/2 lb ground beef
Kosher salt and cracked black pepper to taste
2 1/2 tbsp. dry Jamaican Jerk Seasoning (by McCormick Gourmet Collection Spices)
4 slices extra sharp cheddar cheese
4 fresh pineapple rings
8 slices cheese bread sliced thick and toasted

Sauce: "Pickapeppa" sauce or London Pub brand spicy steak sauce.

Directions:
Mix meat with dry seasonings, form mixture into patties.

Heat grill to high, then turn down to medium heat. Cook burgers to medium doneness (or your taste) on the gas grill. Melt cheese on the top of the burgers before removing from grill.

Grill or toast cheese bread slices. Build burgers with pineapple rings on top. Finish with sauce.
