1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup fine bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
2 cups milk

2 cups beef stock

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat together, add in the eggs, onion, seasoning, bread crumbs and milk and mix well.

Form into small balls about the size of a walnut. Brown the meatballs on all sides, add the beef stock and simmer for about 30 minutes.

Mix 2 tbsp flour with 1/4 cup cold water into a paste and add to liquid and meatballs, cook for another 5 minutes to thicken for gravy.
