2 cups Crisco
6 cups sifted flour
1 T. salt

One 7 or 8 in crust = 1 1/4 c mix 1-2 T water
Two 7 or 8 in crust = 2 c mix 2-3 T water
One 9 in crust = 1 1/2 c mix 2-3 T water
Two 9 in crust = 2 1/2 c mix 3-4 T water

Directions:

Sift flour with salt into a bowl. Cut in Crisco using a pastry blender or fork until the mixture is the consistency of corn meal. Store in a container in a cool place. Use as needed to make pie dough.

To make pie dough, toss mix with fork and add water.
Repeat till moistened. Form into ball. Flatten ball on lightly floured surface. Roll from center to edge till dough is1/8 in. thick.
