Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise (I prefer Hellmann's)
4 tbsp. dill pickles, diced
2 green onions, diced
3/4 tbsp. lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 1/4 tsp. prepared horseradish (cream style)
Garlic salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Dash of cayenne pepper
Dash of Tabasco (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place mayonnaise in a mixing bowl. Add pickles and stir. Add green onion and stir. Add lime juice and stir. Add horseradish and stir.

At this point, I suggest you give it a taste test before adding the garlic salt because the lime juice, pickles and horseradish all have some salt in them. Based upon your taste test, add a dash of garlic salt, if needed. Add black pepper and cayenne pepper to taste and stir all ingredients.

Cover and let it set for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator before serving to let the ingredients set.

Personal Notes:
I sometimes add fresh garlic (using a garlic press) rather than garlic salt. I also add a bit of Tabasco, but not everyone likes things as spicy as we do, so that's optional!
