1 onion, thinly sliced
2 apples, sliced
Cider vinegar
Fresh parsley
Salt, pepper
1 head red cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and apples till they start to soften. Add cabbage for a short time or retain crunch and sweetness. Splash with cider vinegar and pinch of sugar. Top with fresh parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm or room temperature.
