1 cup oil
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon cream of tarter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375'. Cream oil, butter, both sugars, and vanilla, almond extract and eggs. Sift dry ingredients together. Blend into first mixture. Roll out and cut out with special cookie cutters or roll in balls - then roll in sugar.
Bake 10 - 12 minutes.
Decorate and Enjoy!
