1 1/2 cup pumpkin
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1 t ginger
1/8 t allspice
2 T molasses
3 eggs slightly beaten
1 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pumpkin, sugar,salt, spices and molasses. Mix well. Add eggs and milk. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in 400 oven for 15 minutes then turn the oven to 350 and bake 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
