1 block low fat cream cheese
2 tbsp. chutney ( I use Harry & David's pepper and onion relish)
2 tbsp. crushed unsalted roasted peanuts
2 tbsp. shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Shape the softened cheese into a rounded mound. Cover with chutney. Spread peanuts on top. Spread coconut over all.

Serve with crackers, I use stone wheat..they seem to be the best.
