2 cups sifted flour

Directions:
Allow margarine to soften at room temperature. Combine with other ingredients and mix thoroughly. I like to use my mixer with the paddle attachment. Roll into very small dime sized balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with the tongs of a dinner fork. They will be about the size of a quarter. Bake at 325º until light tan, about 18 minutes.
