2 oz. cake yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
2 c. flour
1 1/2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk- scald and cool
1 egg yolk

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in water. Mix flour, sugar, salt and remainder of ingredients. Chill until firm enough to handle- 2 hours or overnight. Turn onto floured board, punch down, let rise 10 min. Roll into 10x18" rectangle. Spread with 2 T. melted butter, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon. Roll up dough. Cut into 18- 1" slices. Mix 1 c. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon- sprinkle onto wax paper. Place dough on wax paper, sprinkle sugar on top. Put wax paper over dough, roll into 5" rounds. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle additional sugar and cinnamon on. Bake immediately, 10 min at 400º.
