Ingredients:
1 large bag halved walnuts
Brown sugar
Honey

Directions:
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Heavily coat cookie sheet with spray. Place walnuts in single layer on sheet. Thoroughly cover nuts with thin layer of brown sugar. Spread honey over brown sugar to coat as well. Place in oven for 10 minutes. Take out and mix on sheet to make sure all are well coated with sugar/honey and bake additional 10-15 minutes depending on how well toasted you want them. Take out of oven and place on wax paper. Wrap nuts well in paper and place immediately in freezer. This will make them crunchy. Remove to break apart and eat.
