1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. cherry chips
3 oz. bittersweet baking chocolate
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. salted peanuts
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, margarine, salt, and evaporated milk in saucepan. Boil on high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in marshmallows and cherry chips. Using 30 mini muffin cups, divide mixture. Melt chocolate with peanut butter in a small pan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in peanuts. Layer in the muffin cups. Let set in refrigerator.
