2 sm. Instant pumpkin pudding (or 1 large)
3 1/2 cups fat free milk
1 8 oz. Container fat free frozen whipped topping (divided)
3 cups crumbed stale cake or muffins
nuts optional (walnuts, macadamia, pecans, your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
In large mix pudding mix and milk. Set for 3 to 5 minutes. Fold in all but 1 1/2 whipped topping into pudding mixture. In festive bow add 1/2 crumbs, top with 1/3 pudding mix and sprinkle with half the nuts. Repeat and end with last 1/3 of the pudding mix. Top with remainder of whipped topping and sprinkle with nuts.
Serve well chilled.
