10 qts field tomatoes (or any other choice)
12 med onions
2 bunches celery chopped
4 chopped green peppers
3 tbsp salt
1 tsp ground cloves
1 qt white vinegar
4 hot red peppers
4 lbs white sugar
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp pepper

Directions:

Chop and mix all ingredients
Cook over med heat for 3-4 hours stirring occasionally so there is no sticking .
When reduced to your liking place in sterilizes jars and seal,
Enjoy
Great for szechuan shrimp or scrambled eggs too!
