8 medium red potatoes, cubed
4 or 5 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2/3 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 tsp. dried minced onion
1 tsp. celery seed
salt and pepper to taste

Cook potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and
cool. Place in bowl, add eggs. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over
potato mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or
overnight.

I found this in a Taste of Home magazine. I have made this using chopped
red onions (probably 1/2 c.) in place of the minced onions. I put the onions in with the potatoes to cook.
