1/3 c. Plus 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Red Onion - Minced
2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar - Firmly Packed
2 Tbsp. Fresh Basil - Chopped
1/2 tsp. Fine Sea Salt
1/4 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:

Combine the vinegar, onion, mustard, brown sugar, basil, salt and pepper in a blender and process until thoroughly combined and smooth.

With the blender running, add the oil in a thin steady stream to form an emulsion.
