1 tbsp. butter
1 - 200g. pkg. chocolate wafer
cookies (finely crushed)
1/3 cup butter melted

Filling:
3 - 250g. pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 cup sugar
pinch of salt
4 large eggs
1/3 cup hazelnut liquer
1 lb. bitter sweet chocolate, melted
1/2 cup sour cream

Topping:
1 cup sour cream
chocolate curls
icing sugar

Crust:
Brush sides of 9" springform pan with butter. Combine wafer crumbs with melted butter. Press onto bottom and up 1" on sides of pan. Refrigerate.

Filling:
Best softened cream cheese, sugar, cocoa and salt till smooth. Beat in liquer, then melted chocolate. Blend in sour cream. Pour into prepared pan. Smooth top. Bake 350º for 45 to 55 minutes, till center barely set. Cool completely on wire rack. Refrigerate overnight.

To Serve:
Run knife around edge of cake to loosen. Remove pan rim. Spread top of cake with sour cream or substitute unsweetened whipped cream. Arrange chocolate curls on top and sprinkle with icing sugar.
