1 - 10oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, room temp
10 maraschino cherries
1 - 12oz. package, 10 count refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Butter 10 muffin tins. Strain pineapple and reserve juice for later use. Combine pineapple, sugar and butter; blend well. Divide the mixture among the muffin tins, place cherry in the center of each cup and make sure the cherry makes contact with the bottom of the tin. Place 1 biscuit in each tin. Spoon 1 tbsp. reserved juice over each biscuit. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Invert pan on a plate to release the biscuits. Serve warm.
