1 - 9 oz. pkg. cheese-filled ravioli
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 egg whites
1 - 26-oz. jar pasta sauce (or homemade marinara sauce)
Olive oil cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375ºF. Cook ravioli according to package directions,
omitting salt. Rinse under cold running water until ravioli are cool; drain well.
Spray large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano and
pepper; mix well.
In shallow dish, beat egg whites at low speed. Dip ravioli, a few at a time,
in egg whites; roll in crumb mixture, tossing to coat evenly. Arrange
ravioli on baking sheet; spray each with olive oil cooking spray.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until crisp. Meanwhile, heat sauce. Serve with
ravioli.
