1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. very cold butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and nuts together. Cut the butter into the mixture. Sprinkle 2 tsp. of streusel topping on top of each muffin just prior to baking. Bake as directed on your recipe.

This gives your muffins that bakery style appearance. We think they taste better with streusel topping too.
