1 1/2 lbs. of hamburger
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 eggs
salt and pepper
1/2 cup ketchup (add 1/2 cup of water)
1 roll Ritz cracker

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and cook at 350º for 30 - 45 minutes or until done.

Topping: Mix brown sugar, ketchup and honey. Pour mixture over cooked meatloaf and bake for 5 minutes.
