1 1/4 cup chopped pecans
7 T butter, divided
1 1/2 cup light brown sugar
3 T flour
3/4 cup light Karo syrup
2/3 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put pecans in microwave safe dish with 3 T butter. Heat to melted.

Whisk in brown sugar, flour & Karo until blended.

Cook on high 6-8 minutes. Stir twice to dissolve
sugar.

Add evaporated milk & pecans. Stir well.

This will keep in refrigerator for a month if it lasts that long!

I put this delicious concoction in little jars with a cute bow and a tag with instructions to reheat slightly in microwave.
