2 cups sugar
2 cups plain flour
1 cup water
1 stick butter
1 cup Wesson oil
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
dash of salt

Icing:
4 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour in a large bowl and set aside. In a large sauce pan mix water, butter, Wesson oil and cocoa. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute stirring constantly, then pour over sugar and flour mixture. Stir well and add buttermilk, soda, eggs and salt. Pour in greased and floured 9x13 flat pan. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
Icing:
Mix all ingredients except powdered sugar, and bring to boil. Remove from stove and cool slightly. Add powdered sugar. Use more milk if needed. Pour over cake.
