1 package Sauerkraut
11/2 lbs. Hamburger
1 onion chopped
Salt n pepper to taste
2 C. Wide Egg Noodles
1 can cream of Mushroom
1 can cream of Celery
1 C. Shredded Cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 350º
Cook noodles according to package. Drain sauerkraut n set a side. Brown hamburger and onion drain grease n season to taste. Stir the cans of soup together in separate bowl. Layer in Casserole dish....
1/2 Hamburger
1/2 Noodles
1/2 Sauerkraut
Repeat layers and top with soup. Bake 1/2 hour covered. Top with cheese bake another 1/2 hour uncovered.
