Grated Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Crushed Red Chilies
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Salt & Pepper

Fry eggs in butter the way you like them
Sprinkle top with spices and chilies
Sprinkle with cheese, let it melt slightly
Serve

I would make these to serve the guests at Waterfall Lodge. They were always a hit alongside homemade biscuits and jam. I would make a dozen in a large frying pan, letting the whites run together, and then cutting around the yolks when ready to turn ( making 12 individual servings) then sprinkle on the stuff. I usually cooked these "over medium" so the yolk was very soft.
