5 Beef Bullion Cubes or 2-3 cans beef broth
5 c. water (if using the bullion cubes)
5 stalks of celery sliced
2 medium onions sliced
1 small head of cabbage chopped
1 large. can bean sprouts
1-2 tbsp.. malasses
soy sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onion slices. Bring water and bullion cubes to a boil (or cans of broth), add the sliced celery and simmer for five minutes. Add sliced cabbaged and fried onions slices. Wash bean sprouts and add to the pot. Bring all together until soft, then add molasses and soy sauce. Serve over rice.
