1/2 lb. Pasta (rigatoni, etc.)
15 oz. ricotta cheese
1 1/2bags of shredded Italian-blend cheese
1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cook pasta according to packaged directions until almost done. Drain pasta, then mix together with the ricotta and 1 bag of cheese. Grease a 9x 13 pan and use some sauce to cover the bottom. Spoon in the pasta mixture, then cover with the remaining sauce and other 1/2 bag of cheese, and sprinkle on some Parmesan. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
