2 Red peppers, sliced
2 lb chicken thighs or breasts
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 cloves, whole or powdered
1 tbs. lemon juice
2 medium onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tbs. ketjap (soy sauce)
Butter for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until half cooked
Fry onions, garlic and peppers in butter
Add chicken and fry for 5 min.
Add ketjap, nutmeg, cloves, lemon juice
and fry for 2 min.
Add 2 ½ cups of chicken broth, turn to low
and simmer until everything is cooked and
the mixture has thickened.

SERVE; WITH RICE
