1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
5 lg. potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1lb. American cheese
diced ham (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and dice potatoes. Boil until tender. Cook frozen vegetables separately. Drain most of the water from vegetables (leave 1 to 2 cups water). Add remaining 3 ingredients and continue to cook over low heat until cheese is melted. If it is too thick, water can be added.
