2 lbs. potatoes
2 15 oz. cans dices pineapple-drained
1/2 c. black raisins
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. chopped (small) walnuts or pecans
1-1/2 c. of mayonnaise
1 pinch salt
1/4 c. chopped really small

Directions:
Directions:
Boil salted water in a large pot. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm (about 15 to 20 minutes). Drain potatoes and allow to cool for about 5-10 minutes. Peel and chop potatoes into cubes. Add all remaining ingredients and mix together. To make creamer add 2 T. sour cream and omit 2 T. mayonnaise.
