1 pint of vanilla ice cream
1 pound of butter or margarine
5 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and ice cream in two separate bowls having butter in larger bowl. When melted to a creamy consistency, gradually add the flour. Mix well with fork until well blended. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate overnight. Roll out on dusted floured board to about ¼ inch thickness, or thicker, if desired. Cut with circle cutter, add your favorite filling in the center. Bake at 375º in oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
