3/4 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup barbeque sauce
1 T. instant minced onion
2 T. brown sugar
8 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated tender flake baking biscuits.

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet brown beef and drain. Add barbeque sauce, onion, brown sugar – set aside. Separate biscuit dough into 12. Place each biscuit in 12 ungreased muffin cups pressing dough up sides to edge of cup. Spoon meat mixture into cups, sprinkle each with shredded cheese (American or Cheddar). Bake at 400º for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
