2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
(about 44 wafers), divided in half
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
6 T lemon juice
3 TSR vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1 to 2 medium firm bananas, sliced and quartered
2 cups chopped, fresh cranberries
(chop/pulse in food processor)
2/3 cups sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 T powdered sugar

In a bowl combine canned milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Combine half of this mixture with 1 cup of wafer crumbs and spread on bottom of 8" square glass dish (coated with cooking spray), patting down to make a crust. Spread remaining milk mixture to cover entire crust. Cover with pecans. In another bowl, combine the bananas, chopped cranberries and sugar. Spread over pecans. In a large bowl, beat the cream until it begins to thicken. Add confectioners' sugar and then beat until stiff peaks form. Spread over fruit layer. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of wafer crumbs. Refrigerate until chilled.
