4-5 cooked chicken breasts cut into small pieces
2 pkg. frozen/chopped broccoli
8 oz fine noodles
3 cans chicken broth
1 chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery 1 lb Velveeta cubed
6 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in 2 Tbsp.oil. Add broth, noodles, and 1 tsp salt. Cook until noodles are soft. Stir in broccoli & 1/8 tsp. garlic powder. Cook until broccoli is done. Add cheese and cook until cheese melts. Add milk & chicken. I use 3 or 4 cans of evaporated milk for a richer taste. Keep heat low. DO NOT BOIL.

This makes a large pot and freezes well. I got the recipe from my cousin, Barbara, who is an excellent cook. If allergic to cheese, it's still good even without the cheese.
