1/4 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, sliced
1 cup fresh ochra, tips cut off & cut into 1/2" pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp paprika
2 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes
1 lb. shelled, cleaned raw shrimp

Melt butter in sauce pan. Add onion, green pepper and garlic and saute until tender. Add salt, pepper, rosemary, paprika and tomatoes. Bring to boil, simmer 15 minutes. Add ochra and shrimp and heat through until shrimp is just cooked. Add hot sauce to taste and serve over bed of rice.
