1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup splenda
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup regular flour
1/4 cup 1% or 2% milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons semi-sweet mini chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Fill 16 muffin tins or papers about halfway. You might want to use an ice cream scoop to spoon it because the dough will be thick. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes
