White Sauce:
1/4 C. butter
1/4 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 C. milk
Add:
1/2 C. beer
2 C. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
4 to 6 slices of toast
Optional toppings:
Sliced hard boiled eggs
Crisp crumbled bacon (for non vegetarian)
Steamed broccoli
Sliced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
To make white sauce, melt butter, add flour, salt, pepper, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine.
Add milk and stir until blended and thickened.
Add beer and blend
Add cheese until blended.
To serve:
Toast points on individual plates
Place tomatoes, broccoli, etc. on toast
Spoon cheese sauce over all
Top with crumbled bacon and/or egg
Sprinkle a little Paprika over all
