6 oz sugar
4 oz flour
2 Tblsp cocoa
3 oz butter
2 Tblsp milk
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
3 large eggs or 4 smaller ones
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add milk.
Beat everything in a bowl and lastly add the baking powder. Fold in gently. Put into patty tins or patty cases. Bake at 160ºC for approximately 20 mins or until they spring back. Once cooled - ice with chocolate icing.
