Frozen or Fresh Raspberries
Rhubarb
(I forgot the amount, I think its personal choice)

Crumble
1/2 Cup of Oats
1/2 Cup of Self-raising flour
1/2 Cup of Coconut
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
50grams of Soft Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Slightly cook the Rhubarb with half a cup of sugar.
Put fruit in a baking dish, with crumble on top and bake for 20minutes at 180 Degrees Celsius.

Personal Notes:
I normally double the Crumble ingredients, except the brown sugar I put 1 1/2 cups in. The crumble comes out nice and crunchy.
