1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 cups boiling water
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Few grains salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cornstarch thoroughly. Stir in boiling water and cook, stirring until thickened. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Serve hot. Makes about 2 cups.
